I mostly just have issues with the shoes and socks. She learned in Maui that if you don’t wear shoes the grass is warm and the beach sand feels good on your toes. But I’m about fed up enough to throw her out without her shoes on here, so I’ll keep you updated.

NOTHING works like experience. Pick a time and let her choose (if you’re not willing to be the chooser) and let her go outside unprepared. You have to have the guts to make her stay until she’s very uncomfortable, she’ll learn.
Of course, doing this is probably harder for you, emotionally, than forcing her to wear correct clothes.
At some point, YOU have to adult-up and take charge.
